Nfinity is a premium sports ecommerce brand selling direct to consumers, with the United States as its primary market and Shopify as its store platform. It came to us in March 2025 with a large, ageing site: more than 1,000 outdated pages, critical technical debt, minimal schema, unstructured internal linking and no plan for AI search, drawing about 28,000 organic visitors a month. The engagement ran sixteen months, to June 2026, as full-service SEO and AI search.
Our Approach
Clearing the Technical Debt Before Anything Else
The store carried more than 1,000 outdated pages, minimal schema and internal links that followed no structure, so the first months went on the foundation rather than on new content. We brought the outdated pages up to date or retired them, rebuilt the internal linking around the categories that sell, and put schema across the catalogue. Sales did not jump in this phase. The point was to stop the site leaking the demand it already had, so that every later gain compounded on a sound base.
Commercial Content Built Around What Sells
With the foundation in place, the work moved to the pages that carry revenue: category and product pages written for the searches United States buyers make, and the content that supports them. Rankings widened to 7,100 organic keywords worldwide, 5,600 of them in the United States, and the authority behind them grew to 9,200+ backlinks from 1,300+ referring domains, a Semrush Authority Score of 38. Search Console records 487,000 clicks from 7.04M impressions across the engagement, a 6.9% click-through rate at an average position of 8.6. Sales followed the traffic month by month rather than arriving in one step.
Making the Brand Visible in AI Search
The last phase took the same structured, well-linked catalogue and made it legible to AI search: clear entities, structured data and answer-ready formatting on the pages that matter. In the Semrush AI visibility report for the last 30 days the brand scores 41 in the USA and 33 globally, with 914 mentions, 562 cited pages, 93% brand visibility and 97% positive sentiment. Across the engagement the store handled 1,757,222 sessions and 76,744 orders, and closed the sixteen months at $9.61M in online store revenue.
