This policy explains what personal information DigiRegime collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the enquiries people send us through it.

Who we are
DigiRegime is a digital marketing agency in the United Kingdom. We combine marketing expertise, web development and practical AI to help businesses improve their online visibility, attract customers and grow.
For the information described in this policy, DigiRegime is the data controller — we decide what is collected and why.

What information we collect
Almost everything we hold is something you typed and sent us. We do not buy contact data, and we do not track you around the web.
- Enquiry details
- When you complete the contact form we collect your name, your email address and whatever you write about your project. If you choose to fill them in, we also collect your company name, your website, the services you are interested in and your monthly budget range.
- Your email address on its own
- If you request a proposal from the banner at the foot of a page, or subscribe from the Knowledge Hub, your email address is the only personal information we collect.
- Technical information
- Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — the IP address a request came from, when it arrived, what was asked for and which browser asked. This is a normal part of running a website and is not used to build a profile of you.
- A short-lived record of your IP address
- When a form is submitted we hold the sending IP address in the server’s memory for about ten minutes, purely to stop the same source flooding us with submissions. It is never written to our database.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
UK data protection law requires us to have a specific reason — a “lawful basis” — for each use. Ours are:
- To reply to your enquiry
- Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch.
- To send you updates you asked for
- Your consent. We are not sending anything yet — addresses given to us are stored until we have something worth sending — and you can ask us to remove yours at any time.
- To deliver work we have agreed
- Performance of our contract with you.
- To keep the site working and free of abuse
- Our legitimate interest in protecting the site from spam and automated submissions.
- To meet our accounting and legal obligations
- Compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies for visitors. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Two things are worth naming precisely, so you can check this claim rather than take it on trust:
- Strictly necessary — a sign-in cookie
- One cookie, named payload-token, is set only when a member of the DigiRegime team signs in to the site’s admin area. It keeps that person signed in and nothing else. It is never set for visitors, and it is exempt from consent because the sign-in cannot work without it.
- Not a cookie — your light or dark theme choice
- If you switch the site between light and dark, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. It is written only when you choose a theme, it stays on your device, and it is never sent to us. You can clear it by clearing your browser’s site data.
There are no optional, analytics or advertising cookies in use. If we ever add any, we will ask for your consent before they are set, and this policy will be updated to describe them first.
Analytics and advertising
We do not run Google Analytics, or any other analytics package, on this site. There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags and no social media tracking.
The site also makes no third-party requests: its fonts and images are served from our own domain rather than from an external network. Reading a page here does not hand your IP address to anyone except our hosting provider.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it for advertising.
We share it only with the suppliers we need in order to operate, and only as far as they need it:
- Railway
- Hosts this website, its database and any files uploaded to it. Enquiries you send us are stored there.
- Our professional advisers
- Accountants and legal advisers, where a specific matter makes it necessary.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries are stored in a database managed by our hosting provider, Railway, along with any files uploaded to the site.
Railway operates internationally, so your information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the UK’s approved safeguards for international transfers. If you would like to know the region your information is held in, ask us and we will tell you.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only while we have a reason to:
- Enquiries that do not become work
- Kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Client records
- Kept for 6 years after our last piece of work for you, which is the period UK tax and contract law expects us to be able to produce them for.
- Subscription addresses
- Kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
- Server logs
- Kept for as long as our hosting provider retains them as part of running the service.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- delete it
- restrict how we use it, or object to us using it
- send it to you, or to another provider, in a portable format
- stop using it where our basis was your consent — withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it
To exercise any of these, email info@digiregime.com. We will respond within one month, and there is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first, so we have a chance to put it right.
Keeping your information secure
The site is served over HTTPS. Everything submitted through a form is validated on our server rather than only in your browser, submissions are rate limited by source, and a hidden field catches automated submissions without ever asking you to prove you are human. Access to stored enquiries requires an individual account.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever put your rights at risk, we would tell you and the Information Commissioner’s Office as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
Where a change materially affects information you have already given us — if we started using analytics cookies, for example — we will tell you rather than rely on you noticing.
How to contact us
If you have a question about this policy, or want to exercise any of the rights described above, email info@digiregime.com or call 07448 215969. You can also use our contact form.
