AI Voice Agents
AI Chatbots. Answer Customer Questions on Your Website and WhatsApp
When customers message your website or WhatsApp outside working hours and get no reply, we build a chatbot that answers from your own information and captures the lead.
- Chat on your website and in WhatsApp
- Answers drawn from your own information
- Leads and bookings sent to your CRM
- A person takes over when needed
Platforms we work in
How we approach it
Answer While the Customer Is Still There
A visitor with a question in the evening will not wait until morning. The chatbot answers on your website, WhatsApp and Messenger straight away, from your own information, and offers the next step while the customer is still interested and before they try someone else.
- Website chat, WhatsApp Business and Messenger
- Answers given straight away
- Next step offered at the right moment
- The same answers on every channel
Keep It to What You Have Approved
A chatbot that makes things up is worse than none. Ours answer from the services, prices and policies you approve, and are set to say they do not know rather than guess. When your information changes, the source is updated and so are the answers.
- Built on your approved information
- Says it does not know instead of guessing
- Tested on real and awkward questions
- Updated when your details change
Turn Conversations Into Leads
A good conversation that ends without contact details is a lost lead. The chatbot collects what your team needs, sends it to HubSpot, Salesforce or your CRM, and hands over to a person with the conversation attached, so the follow-up starts informed.
- Contact details and needs collected
- Leads sent to HubSpot or Salesforce
- Handover with the full conversation
- Zapier or n8n for other systems
How we work
Collect the questions
We gather the questions customers ask most, from your inbox, phone notes, reviews and existing chats, and the information needed to answer each one correctly.
Build the knowledge base
Your services, prices, policies and FAQs are organised into the source the chatbot answers from, written plainly, and you review and approve it before launch.
Set up the channels
The chatbot goes onto your website, WhatsApp Business and Messenger, connected to your CRM, with handover to your team set up for the questions it should not answer.
Test before launch
We run real customer questions through it, awkward and off-topic ones included, and fix wrong or vague answers before any customer sees it.
Review and improve
After launch we read the conversation logs, add missing answers, tighten weak ones and adjust the handover rules, so fewer questions reach your team unanswered.
What is inside this service
- On Your Website
- In WhatsApp and Messenger
- Answers From Your Own Information
- Leads Sent to Your CRM
- Handover to a Person
- Conversations You Can Review
What each part does
- On Your Website
- A chat window on your site answers questions while the visitor is still on the page, and offers the next step, a quote, a booking or a call back, when the conversation shows they are ready.
- In WhatsApp and Messenger
- Customers message where they already are. The same chatbot answers on WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger, so a question gets the same answer whichever channel it arrives on, and your team sees every channel in one place.
- Answers From Your Own Information
- The chatbot is built on your services, prices, policies and FAQs, and set to say it does not know rather than invent an answer. You see and approve the material it draws on before any customer does.
- Leads Sent to Your CRM
- When someone wants a quote or a booking, the chatbot collects their name, contact details and what they need, and sends it to HubSpot, Salesforce or your CRM, through Zapier or n8n where needed, so no enquiry is left sitting in a chat log.
- Handover to a Person
- Complaints, complex questions and anything the chatbot is unsure about pass to your team with the conversation so far attached, so the customer does not have to repeat themselves or start again.
- Conversations You Can Review
- Every conversation is logged, so you can read what customers ask, see where the chatbot struggled, and update its information when your services or prices change. The logs also show questions your website should answer.
What it changes for you
Faster Replies
Customers get an answer as soon as they ask, including evenings and weekends, instead of waiting for the office to open.
Less Repetition for Your Team
Routine questions are answered for you, so your team spends its time on the conversations that need a person.
Leads Captured
Enquiries that arrive by chat reach your CRM with contact details, instead of ending in an unanswered window that nobody sees until morning.
Answers You Can Stand Behind
Replies come from information you have approved, not from guesswork, so what the chatbot says is what your team would say.
What it costs
Custom quote for the build. Model and messaging costs depend on conversation volume and are separate.

Before you commit
A voice agent answers phone calls with a spoken AI voice. A chatbot answers in writing, on your website, WhatsApp and Messenger. They can share the same knowledge and CRM connection, so the choice comes down to where your unanswered enquiries arrive, and some businesses need both.
It is built to answer only from the information you approve and to say when it does not know. We test it with real and difficult questions before launch and read the conversations afterwards to catch anything it got wrong, then correct the source.
It suits businesses that get the same written questions again and again: prices, availability, opening hours, bookings. If most of your enquiries are complex or arrive by phone, a chatbot helps less, and we say so. An AI voice agent may fit better in that case.
How it runs
Your website, WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger. It runs on OpenAI models and connects to HubSpot, Salesforce and other CRMs, directly or through Zapier or n8n, so leads land where your team already works.
The chatbot passes the conversation to your team by email, in your CRM or in a shared inbox, with everything said so far attached. Outside working hours it takes their details and tells them when to expect a reply, so nobody is left waiting without knowing what happens next.
The knowledge the chatbot answers from sits in a document your team can edit. When services or prices change, the document is updated and the chatbot uses the new information from then on, without a rebuild.
Cost and commitment
A custom quote for the build, based on the channels and integrations, plus the running costs of the AI model and the messaging platforms, which depend on how many conversations it handles. The quote sets out both, so the monthly running cost is clear before you start.
The chatbot asks only for the details needed to follow up. Where conversations are stored, and for how long, is agreed with you before launch, and your privacy notice needs a line that covers the chatbot. Conversation logs can be set to delete after an agreed period.
