Meta Ads Management. Facebook and Instagram Ads Judged on Orders, Not Reach

Your Facebook and Instagram ads report reach, engagement and a cost per result that never matches what the shop or the CRM says. We rebuild the account in Meta Ads Manager around the events that matter, track them with the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, test creative on purpose, and report spend against orders and enquiries in numbers you can check against your own.

  • Ads Manager counts orders and enquiries, not clicks and likes
  • The Meta Pixel and Conversions API set up and checked against your sales
  • Creative tested one change at a time, with the losers switched off
  • Audiences built from your customers, not from a guess about interests

How we approach it

Tracking Set Up Before a Pound Is Spent

Most Meta accounts optimise for an event that was never checked against a sale. The Pixel and the Conversions API are set up for purchases, leads and the steps before them, tested in Events Manager, and reconciled with your shop or CRM, so the account learns from real customers and the report matches your books.

  • Pixel and Conversions API set up for the events that matter
  • Events tested in Events Manager, not assumed
  • Reconciled against Shopify, WooCommerce or your CRM
  • Optimisation set on purchases or leads, never clicks

How we work

  1. Read the account and the tracking

Which events fire, which are missing, what the Pixel and the Conversions API are sending, and how far Ads Manager's results are from your own records. You get that in plain language before a campaign changes.

  2. Fix the events first

Purchases, leads and the steps before them are set up through the Pixel and the Conversions API, tested in Events Manager, and reconciled against your shop or CRM. Campaigns are only built on events that agree with your numbers.

  3. Rebuild on real audiences

Campaigns are structured on custom and lookalike audiences from your customers and visitors, with interest targeting kept only where it has earned its place. Catalogue ads go on a cleaned feed where you sell products.

  4. Test the creative

A small set of ads, each different in one thing, run long enough to separate the winner from noise. The winners get the budget, the losers are switched off, and the next test is written from what won.

  5. Report and reallocate

Spend against orders or enquiries by campaign, in Looker Studio, reconciled with Google Analytics and your store. Budget moves to what sold, and if Meta cannot earn its budget in your market we say so.

What each part does

Tracking That Matches Your Sales
A cost per result you cannot reconcile with your orders is a number you cannot act on. The Meta Pixel and the Conversions API are set up for purchases, leads and the steps before them, and checked in Events Manager against what your shop or CRM recorded.
Audiences Built From Your Customers
Interest targeting is a guess about who buys from you. Custom audiences from your customer list, your site visitors and your engaged followers, and lookalikes built from them, put the ads in front of people who resemble the ones who already bought.
Creative Tested on Purpose
On Meta the creative does most of the work, and most accounts never test it. Each test changes one thing, the hook, the format or the offer, runs long enough to mean something, and the losers are switched off before they spend the month's budget.
Catalogue Ads That Sell the Right Products
For a shop, catalogue ads on a clean product feed from Shopify or WooCommerce show each person the products they looked at and the ones like them. The feed is fixed first: titles, images, prices and stock that Meta can read.
Advantage+ Given What It Needs
Meta's automated campaigns work when they are fed good conversion data and good creative, and waste money when they are not. Advantage+ shopping and lead campaigns are set up on tracked events and a tested creative set, and compared against the manual campaigns rather than trusted by default.
Spend Reported Against Orders
You should not have to read Ads Manager to know what the money did. A Looker Studio report shows spend, orders or enquiries and the cost of each by campaign, alongside what Google Analytics and your store recorded, so the two can be reconciled.

What it changes for you

  • Numbers That Match Your Books

The cost per order in the report is the one your finance figures show, because the tracking was checked against them.

  • Ads in Front of Likely Buyers

Audiences built from your customers and visitors, so the spend goes to people who resemble the ones who bought.

  • Creative That Earns Its Budget

Every ad is tested, the losers stop spending, and the next round starts from the winner.

  • Spend You Can Follow

Each pound is traced to the campaign and the order or enquiry it produced, so you know what to grow.

Questions we get asked

Before you commit

Google catches people who are searching for what you sell; Meta reaches people who were not searching but match your buyers. Products that show well in a picture, and offers that make sense to someone who was not looking, suit Meta. Services people only buy when they search suit Google. We look at your customers and your margin and say which, and for many businesses it is both.

    How it runs

It sends conversion events from your server to Meta alongside the Pixel in the browser, so events blocked by browsers and privacy settings still arrive. Without it Meta sees fewer of your sales and optimises on less. We set both up and check them against each other in Events Manager.

      Cost and commitment

A monthly fee for the management, quoted once we have been through the account. Meta bills the ad spend itself, so the two never mix.
