Local SEO. Get Found by the Customers Who Search Near You
People search for what you do with a town name or "near me", and the handful of businesses in the map results get the calls. Your Google Business Profile is half filled in, your address is written three ways across the web, and the reviews stopped a year ago. We build the profile, the citations, the location pages and the review flow that the map results are ranked on, and report which searches brought people through the door.
- Your Google Business Profile complete, categorised and verified
- Name, address and phone written the same way everywhere they appear
- A page for each location, written for that place and its searches
- A simple way for your team to ask happy customers for a Google review

How we approach it
The Map Results Are Earned Off Your Website
The map is ranked on the profile, the listings and the reviews, not on the pages your developer built. We complete the Google Business Profile, bring every listing into agreement and give your customers a reason and a way to leave a review, which is the work most sites have never had done.
- Google Business Profile completed, categorised and verified
- Every listing corrected to one written form
- Photos, services and products kept current
- A review flow your team keeps using
A Page for Each Place, Written for That Place
A location page that changes the town name and nothing else is thin content, and Google treats it as such. Each of your locations gets a page about that branch: who works there, what it offers, the areas it covers and how to reach it, with structured data that connects it to the profile and the map.
- One page per location, no template paragraph
- Address, hours and map that match the profile
- Services and areas covered for that branch
- LocalBusiness structured data on every page
Measured by Calls, Not by a Rank Tracker
A map ranking changes with where the searcher is standing, so a single position means little. The report shows what a searcher did: called, asked for directions, clicked through or filled in the form, by location and by month, from Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and Search Console in one Looker Studio report.
- Calls and direction requests by location
- Enquiries traced to the search that produced them
- Profile views and searches, reported plainly
- One Looker Studio report you can open yourself
How we work
Audit the profile, the listings and the reviews
Before anything changes we find every listing your business has, note every spelling of your name, address and phone, read the reviews and the replies, and check what the profile shows against what is true. You get the list, ordered by what is holding you back.
Fix the profile first
The Google Business Profile is completed, categorised and verified, with photos, services, products and opening hours that match the door. It is the one listing that shows in the map, so it is fixed before any other.
Correct and build the citations
Every listing that disagrees is corrected to the one written form. Then the directories that matter for your trade and area are added, so the same details appear wherever Google looks.
Write the location pages
One page per location, written for that place, with the address, the map, the services offered there and structured data that links it to the profile. Nothing copied from one town to the next.
Start the review flow and measure
Your team gets a way to ask for reviews that fits how you already talk to customers. Calls, direction requests and enquiries are reported by location in Looker Studio, and the following work is chosen from them.

What each part does
- A Google Business Profile That Is Complete
- A profile with a missing category, an old opening time or no photos is marked down before a searcher ever sees it. We fill in every field, choose the primary and secondary categories that match what you sell, add services, products and photos, and check it against what Google is actually showing.
- Citations That Agree With Each Other
- When your address reads one way on your site, another on Bing Places and a third in a directory nobody remembers, Google trusts none of them. We find every listing, correct it to one written form, and build the ones that matter for your trade and your town.
- Location Pages Worth Reading
- A page that swaps the town name into the same paragraph ranks for nothing and reads as what it is. Each location gets a page written for that place: the team, the services offered there, the areas covered, how to find it, with the structured data that ties it to the profile.
- Reviews Your Customers Actually Leave
- Most happy customers would leave a review if someone asked at the right moment. We set up the ask, by text, email or a card at the counter, with a link that opens the review form, and show your team how to reply to what comes in.
- Searches Written the Way People Ask Them
- Someone typing a trade and a town, and someone typing "near me", want the same thing, and the profile and the pages have to answer both. Keywords are chosen from how your area searches, using Search Console and the questions your team hears on the phone.
- Reporting by Calls and Directions
- Rankings on a map move with the searcher's location, so a rank tracker tells you little. We report calls, direction requests, website clicks and enquiries from Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and Search Console in Looker Studio, by location.
What it changes for you
Found by People Nearby
Searches for what you do in the places you serve show your business, because the profile and the listings earned it.
A Review Flow That Lasts
Asking becomes part of how you work, so the profile gathers recent reviews instead of relying on old ones.
Pages That Earn Their Town
Each branch has a page a local searcher would read, not a copy with the name changed.
Decisions Made on What Happened
Calls, directions and enquiries by location, so the next decision is made on what happened.
What it costs

Before you commit
Yes. The hub covers work that lifts the whole site across every search: technical fixes, content and authority. Local SEO works on the map results, which are ranked on your Google Business Profile, your listings across the web and your reviews. Many businesses need both; a business that serves one area starts here.
One location is the simplest case: one profile, one set of listings, one review flow. The work is smaller and the plan is shorter, and the map results for your area are decided on the same things whether you have one branch or many.
Yes. Google Business Profile supports service-area businesses, where the address is hidden and the areas you cover are listed instead. The listings, the reviews and the pages work the same way; the address handling is different and we set it up that way from the start.
How it runs
You own it and we work on it as a named manager on your account, so access is yours to revoke. Changes are made in the profile itself, so you can see them in your own account.
By asking real customers after real work, with a link to the review form, and never paying for, filtering or writing reviews. Google removes reviews it judges to be bought or gated and can suspend the profile, so the flow we set up stays inside those rules.
A citation is any listing of your name, address and phone on another site: Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, trade directories, the local chamber. What matters is that they agree with each other and that the ones for your trade and area exist. We correct what is there before adding more.
Cost and commitment
A custom quote, scoped from how many locations you have and the state of the profile and listings today. Ongoing work on the profile, reviews and reporting is monthly.
Profile changes show within days; listing corrections and reviews take longer to be picked up, and location pages need to be crawled and indexed. We report what changed rather than promise a date, because the map results depend on your competitors as well as on you.
