3PL & Fulfilment · New website · WordPress
Third-party logistics is a category most buyers only half understand, so the site had to explain six services quickly and turn interest into enquiries worth a salesperson's time.

The Brief
The business
A UK third-party logistics provider, handling ecommerce fulfilment, warehousing, packing and freight for growing brands. Buyers arrive knowing roughly what they want, but not which parts of the service they need, and often not what a sensible question even sounds like.
What the site had to do
Explain six overlapping services without burying the reader, work as well on a phone in a warehouse as on a desktop in a buying office, and collect enough at the first enquiry for someone to price the job rather than chase it.
What we built
A WordPress build with a services page grouping the six offers, a Knowledge Hub the team publishes to without waiting on a developer, and an enquiry form that asks for monthly order volume, which is the one number that decides everything after it.

What It Does for the Business
- Every service sits one click from the homepage, named in the words buyers use.
- The enquiry form qualifies a lead before anyone at the company answers it.
- The team publishes articles to the Knowledge Hub without asking a developer for help.
- Nothing is cut from the phone layout, down to the enquiry form itself.
- Pricing requests have a route of their own from every page on the site.
